At Industrious Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items for Return
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from their description
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@industriousmodels.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package Items: Securely package the item(s) with original packaging when possible
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for our error) or ship at your expense (for other returns)
Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
- Shipping Costs:
- We cover return shipping if the item is defective or our error
- Customer covers return shipping for change of mind returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs
- We may offer a replacement instead of refund when available
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges.
Late Returns
Items returned after the 30-day window may be accepted at our sole discretion.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
- Processing time may be extended due to customs clearance
Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Are returned without prior authorization
- Show signs of glue, painting, wear, damage, or misuse
- Are missing original packaging or accessories
- Exceed our return time limit
